Registration & Booking

How can I register for a seminar or workshop?

You can register for the desired event directly via our website. Simply select the appropriate offer and follow the registration process. Events | Campus Forum

What information do I need to register?

To ensure smooth organization and communication, we require the following information for registration:

  • First and last name of the participant
  • Indication of whether it is a company or a private individual
  • Address (company address if it is a company)
  • Email address (for general information)
  • Personalized email address (for direct communication with the participant. If an info or secretary email is used, an additional personal email can be provided – it is also possible to enter the same email address in both fields)
  • Phone number (for short-term inquiries or important information about the event)

With this information, we can ensure that you receive all relevant information about the event in a timely manner.

Can I cancel my seminar participation or reschedule to a different date?

Cancellations can be made in writing by letter or email to info@campusforum.de. For cancellations made up to one week before the start of the event, a fee of €100 will be charged to cover administrative costs. After this period, the full participation fee will be charged. However, you can nominate a substitute participant from your company at any time. Please also refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Can I register several employees as a company?

What payment methods are accepted?

We offer the following payment methods to make the payment process as flexible and convenient as possible:

Event organization​

Is the event held online or on-site?

We offer both on-site events as well as online or hybrid formats. Please refer to the specific event description for details. Events | Campus Forum

What technical requirements do I need for online events?

To participate in e-learning courses, you need a laptop or desktop PC and a stable internet connection. Make sure your device has sufficient battery capacity or is connected to a power source. We recommend using a headset and a webcam so that you can be seen and heard by other participants and instructors.

In which language are the events conducted?

Most of our events are conducted in German. Some events are also offered in English, or simultaneous translation is provided. The language is specified in the event description.

Who are the training programs aimed at?

Our training programs are aimed at participants from industry and research. The target audience varies depending on the format and topic focus. More specific information can be found by clicking on the events relevant to you.

Who are the lecturers and experts?

Our events are led by lecturers from RWTH Aachen as well as experts from industry or our cooperation partners. For more details, please refer to the respective event descriptions.

Is there a maximum number of participants?

Some of our formats have a maximum number of participants. Non-binding reservations are possible. Please contact us for more information!

Can I participate without prior knowledge?

The required prior knowledge varies depending on the event. Information on the required knowledge is provided in the respective event description. If you have any questions, we are happy to offer personal advice. Contact | Campus Forum

Will I receive a certificate after completion?

  • Certificate Courses: If you participate in one of our certificate courses, you can receive an official certificate from RWTH Aachen Campus after passing the certification exam. This certificate confirms the knowledge and skills you have acquired.
  • Other Events: For our seminars, workshops, and conferences, you will usually receive a certificate of participation that confirms your attendance.

Are event materials provided and how do I access them?

The event materials for our programs are usually made available via our digital learning platform, EduLearn. You will receive your individual login details via email from our participant management team before the course begins. Please check your inbox for this information.

Are catering and training materials included in the price?

The fee includes the cost of the event as well as materials and daily catering (coffee breaks and lunch). If an evening event is planned, the associated costs are also included in the price. Travel and accommodation costs are not included.

How do I get access to online courses?

Before the event starts, you will receive your individual login details for our digital learning platform, EduLearn, via email. If you have any problems with logging in, please feel free to contact our information service.

What happens if an event is canceled?

If an event is canceled, you will be informed by phone and email. We will coordinate the next steps with you and offer you the option to reschedule your participation for a later date.
